NSS Fitment years

Searched, but no one had an answer, just how to clean it. What years are interchangeable?? I believe that 87-1996 are interchangeable, can someone please verify that?

From what I've seen, they're interchangeable from 1987 to 1996. Don't know about later models - haven't worked on any yet...

Wish I could afford to work on a 97+, just got my lowly 89. Nothing breaks though. 97+ around here go for 5000 for a 200K 2wd.

Yeah - on my 88, everything I've been replacing so far is original. Makes me happy - even tho with 240Kmiles, that's turning out to be a lot all of a sudden...

Quite a lot swaps from 1987-1995 for certain - 1996 was the first year for OBD-II. Some minor electronics (like the NSS, for instance) probably swap all the way up - I just haven't had a chance to verify that little factoid yet...

I did a little looking (while I was looking for a few other things...) and the AW4 NSS is listed as fitting up to 1987-1996 - which is what I'd guessed. Looks like I guess right sometimes...
