First off: 98 XJ classic, power windows.
OK, so I searched and had no luck. What's happening is at highway speeds, my windows are getting pulled out ever so slightly. When I try to roll up the drivers side, the window seal gets caught and rolled under at best, or it actually hits the outer part of the window seal and won't go up any higher at worst. If I slow down to around 35-40, I can get it to roll up properly. It creates this really annoying whistle if I let it go. Is this a common XJ thing, or what? I've only noticed it on my drivers window. Guess it will be less of an issue once I get my AC sealed up and re-charged.
