89' Sport 4cly?!?!

There is a 89' Sport 2 door XJ listed on AutoTrader right now....did those acutly come with the 2.5L 4cly? I thought all sports were 4.0L 6cyl's.

It may not be a Sport model. I had a 95 2dr SE XJ w/ the 2.5l and ax-5 tranny setup. I thought only the SE models came w/ the 4 banger also.

Nah, its a Sport, it has the stripe going down the sides and they say "Sport" Reasion I ask is because I think it may be a mistake on the sellers part and it could be a 6cly...just might be worth buying because its a sweet deal (if its a 6cly)
