Brake Hydraulics Replacement????

I am going to swap my stock XJ Dana 35C axle for a stronger one, possibly one from an Explorer. The new axle will have disk brakes and I wonder if the stock XJ brake hydraulics have the capacity to power the new brakes. Will the old system work or is there an affordable and easy replacement?

My D44 from Currie came with Explorer disks, no changes were needed to the stock hydro system on my 90. The emergency brake was handeled with a kit from Lokar.
