i have a 2001 cherokee sport. yesterday i flipped the fan air on and it was all fine, then when i turned to the 3 fan position i got this really loud motor rummble clog noise? nothing blew out much, was very loud under glove box area.
it only does it on the 3rd and 4th fan position,
on 1 st and 2nd postion air blows and you can here that somethings not right but only get the clogged motor rumble sound when on higher settings.
it's always worked great not sure what the problem is.
Was wondering if you guys think it is the motor to the fan, or the fan?
not sure where to start ? It does it weather you have it on Ac or heat or vent.
