TJ Door hinges...

So ive been thinking about doing slide pins on my doors so i can take them off easy...then i sppotted some tj hinges and those wheels in my head started turning, then two mounts (one front one rear) on my passenger side doors cracked in half, so those tj hinges are looking better and better to me...any one do this, and besides the obvious mounting problems is there any reason this wont work...and now that i think about it i could only do it on the front since i cant think of a place to mount on the back but whatever, got any ideas?

Some Problems:
the body curves top to bottom, it's not flat like a SWB Jeep
fender and outer door skin aren't near strong enough to handle such a hinge setup
