300 for 4.5 Deavers?

A friend of mine is willing to sell me his used 4.5in deavers with shackles and ubolts for 300. Is it a bargain or what? Thanks.

edit: they are only a couple months old.

Why is he changing after only a couple of months? Is he getting rid of them because he didn't like the ride and/or articulation or for other reasons?

invest in new u-bolts... they stretch when torqued.. even if they are fairly new.
