Nut size needed

Nut size on the front leaf spring bolt. I cant seem to get a wrench around it. 21mm is to small, 22mm is also, I dont have a wrench bigger than that.
Any suggestions....

It is metric. The actual bolt size is 14mm -- dunno what size socket is required to fit that size bolt.

The leaf spring, shackle and LCA bolts and nuts require a 21mm wrench.

The bolt was a 21mm. The nut nded up being a 23 mm[or thats what I used. I got the opened end around it and cranked on the bolt. Bolt came out fine.
