xj code problems

I have a 98 xj with factory tow package. While pulling a trailer it set 3 codes
a/c relay circuit, radiator fan relay circuit, and eatx circuit malfunction. well figured out it blew a fuse so ersed codes but check engine light won't go out even knoe their are no codes found. anybody help ?

Are you reading codes with an OBDII reader? what are the numbers?
