has anyone that put the acos in their xj have a problem with the lenght of the allen bolt?
i am trying to put mine on right now and the bolt is not long enough. is this common.
plus now its after 10 pm and to late to get longer bolts.

are you sure you didn't cut off to much of the bumpstop? mine went right on.

no, you have to cut the stop flush with the washer on the spring holder.
it is flush. i could grind down the bottom of the threaded part on the spacer. anyone agree ?

Mine worked great, i just unscrewed my bump stop cup wiht a massive ass cresent wrench and bolted the other right up. Yet another reason the Renix XJ's are far superior to the later =)
