I have the stock rear carrier and i have a 31 back there and when i go down the road it make a crap load of noise, i checked to see if it was closed all the way and it was so i checked where it is attached at the bumper, well it was a little loose so i tightned it but i still is loose a little and the screws on top and bottom are as tight as they can go and ideas on how to make it more flush?
