AC doubt on 1988 Cherokee Pioneer

Hi,

I have a 1988 XJ Cherokke Pioneer (6L engine), and the AC doesn't work. The compressor has the clutch jammed. I took it to some specialist, but they say they have to replace the compressor, and they want to charge about 600US for it (note I'm not in the US). Since this is way too expensive, I'm looking for a used or refurbished one. However, the sticker is no longer legible, so I'm looking for the correct information to look for the compressor, or at least to know which other vehicles use the same compressor. Ahy suggestions?

Just got a new one for my 1988 Jeep Comanche Pioneer from Autozone.com. You can order it online and have it shipped to where ever you are. Part #57580 ($155 w/1 year warranty). Hope this helps.
