Installing lift with brake drop bracket

Okay ive got a 98 cherokee and im putting my rustys 4.5" lift on. I'm finally working on the back but ive run into a problem. The kit uses a brakeline drop bracket for the rear and it says to unbolt the e clip from the frame. My e clip is welded on? Weird.. What are my options? I mean my cheap options... With 4.5" lift can i just use yj rear brake lines?

I had the same problem with my 94... I think what your supposed to do is remove the line from the factory bracket and extend it with rusty's drop down. I never bothered, but I will soon. It's only been a few weeks. jamie
