Dome light...

my dome light shakes so much sometimes, and rattles that it simply scares me, what to do about it...? its a 98
also, what is all that IC ...stuff inside of it? did not expect that to be there... .. i have noticed when my Dome light came off when going 140 on the hiway and scared the living bejesus out of me... .. anyone?

I have a 98, it does the same thing. I just pop the plastic lense out when I'm off road or driving rough roads. I have not figured out a fix as of yet.

The IC stuff is the keyless entry module.

Maybe try 150mph duct tape :laugh3:

I´ve used a little dab of clear silicon sealer or windshield sealer. Just enough to keep it from rattling, but not so much that it´s on there forever. Also use a dab or two for loose moulding and the center caps for my rims.
