Kearney, NE anyone?? Please help me......

Ok, so this is a desperate plea for help......he he. Not really, BUT, I will buy all the beer if someone from this area would like to bring their tools and go for a joy ride with me and help fix the dying problem!!!! My mechanic drove it, let it idle in the shop, total of 3 days playing with it and not a single problem, I get it back, and it all starts up again!?!?!

Hey, I used to live in Kearney...went to school there from 91 to 96.

My old 88 XJ had an idleing problem. Turned out to be the EGR valve.
