Clutch Squeal

Last night driving home in my 95xj, i noticed my clutch starting squealing when i shifted from 3rd to 2nd. It only did it shifting down between these two gears. Also 2nd gear is a bitch to get into when cold. Any ideas???

I just had my tranny fluid changed at those quicky lube joints...could they have screwed something up??

Could be a clutch wearing out.
