1'' T-case drop HELP

was going to install a 1'' T-case drop on my 95 XJ. One of the mounts area bolt and the other is a stud. Is that stud removeable?

I used the stud for my t-case drop. Which t-case drop do you have?

Stud is removed in a number of ways. Vise grips. Double nutting.

Its not as cheap, but I highly recommend Rusty's transfercase crossmember w/1" drop. That way you dont lose any ground clearance.
