Anybody ever tried making a headliner out of diamond steel? Just curious. I'm sure it would cost a small fortune and probably be to heavy to be functional, but it would look pretty cool...Okay, let the teasing commense...

Yeah, but do they make aluminum in that pattern? That's the total aim of what I'm goin for...

Yas they do. One of me friends gots dimond plate floor mats with a 1"lip all the way around thats made out of aluminum and they also use it on monster garage all the time.

Writeup, please! I've got to replace my headliner after I get rid of the damn sunroof, and I'm thinking of using a light-gage sheet steel so I can hang things up there with magnets, and maybe use some small backing plates to put some clamps or clips up to hold light gear...
