My gauge is pegging to the right on start up even after the dealer replaced my sender. Any ideas on what to look at next?

thanks for the link..I'll clean the connections but if it's the gauge the dealers replacing it

Mine was doing the same thing, turns out it was the ground wire from the gauge that needed replacing.
