Homeade Posi Lock or equivalent solution??

I just bought a 90 XJ and im adding the RE 5.5 XD lift and i know im going to be facing doing something with the vac system for the d30. I know the posi-lok is out there but are there any alternatives or a homemade system? Any writeups anywhere of how to fab a homemade system?? Some guy is selling instructions on e-bay for 11.99?? anybody tried his set-up??? Looking for alternatives to spending $175.00 for a cable!!!

For that price you can probably get a D30 out of a junk yard thats a non disco.

Make your own cable. Copy their idea.
