Good thing to help manage the crowds that accompany large events like EJS.....educate yourselves and others to respect the fences so we can keep the obstacles open. 2 years ago the BLM simply closed these obstacles to manage the areas, so this is a move in the Win/Win direction, if the boundries are respected. Oh, carry extra trash bags with you and pick up trash whenever you stop......we all need to pick up the slack for the morons that use our trails as their dump.

Thanks Jeff.... These are two fun obsticles,,, guys, lets KEEP them open.

Who wrote the poem about, "good fences make good neighbors" (Frost)?

Managed OHV recreation is a difficult position to justify when enthusiasts believe it infringes on their freedom, and when opposing activists contend it promotes reckless behavior. The BLM should be commended for taking this step to ignore complaints for both opposing camps and do something beneficial to the cooperative welfare of the public and the habitat (despite the vocal opposition to responsible management).

Thanks for the link.
