ZJ axle shafts in a XJ ?

Hi, I was at the wrecking yard a couple days ago.. I saw a few ZJs there. I think they all were full time up front right ? no disco's. Well I'm intrested in upgrading my 89 XJ d30 to a non disco axle shaft.. also want the 297 u joints. So, will one of the ZJ axles shafts work well for me ? Also, were there 260's and 297 u joints in the ZJ's ?
