How to get rid of moisture in fog lights?

The factory fog lights on my '01 (under the bumper) seem to have gotten some moisture in them at some point, so there is some condensation on the inside of the lenses.

Is there a way to prevent this, or would it be easier to just take off the access covers on them on a clear day every once in a while and let them air out?

take the covers off and coat the edges with clear silicone caulk.

Make sure the rubber grommet at the wires is good too. Might put some silicone there too just for gp.
