Body work Question

Mine has the plastic molding from front to rear, it's starting to fall off. (89 Laredo)
I want to take all of it and the pinstriping.
What is a good product to use to get the adhesive off from under the plastic molding. Stuff is stuck on good.

How about doing in the professional way, with one of the solvents made for body shop use that will soften and remove the adhesive, but NOT attack the paint underneath?

You can buy a wheel about 1/2 inch thick and about 6 inches around made of a solid rubber like material, put it in a drill or die grinder. It simply rolls the adhesive or stripe off without damaging the paint ,no mess, no worn down fingers. I did my whole Jeep in about 20 minutes and it had the wide mouldings and stripes. You can buy them at some parts stores and almost all auto paint supplys.
