Any one know what this connector is for?

Been doing my overhead console install, and have a connector that isn't attached to anything, but no clue what it is for. [passenget side under dash] It's a grey connector with three wires: red , grey and black. On the connector is stamped P.E.D. and wires are labeled A B C.
At the wreckers I saw that it was connected to some little black box of some sort that resembled a relay, but different. On it was the numbers stamped:
8014
56000836

What is this thing and what does it do?

that's the feed connector.

wanna add a power antenna? get the relay + antenna, bolt it all on and plug it in.
