Is anyone running a stock slip driveshaft with their 8.8? if you are hows the offset working out?


(man I've asked alot of 8.8 questions lately)

On mine, I used a front shaft with a SYE. On the rear of the shaft, is the spicer flange adapter. All is great, no clearance issues at all.

I'm running the stock slip shaft; so far no probs, but i really wish you hadn't made me type that. No, just kidding, all is fine, no real issues with it at all, even at 4.5".

89 XJ, about 4in in the rear, stock rear driveshaft, 8.8, 4 degree shims ( probably should have gone with 6), no problems what so ever.
