my 2.5ltr is blown.i can get adapters for a ford 302 to bolt right in. has any one done this install or any v-8 install on the xj's

where??? i have a 302/c6/205 combo i want to swap in to an MJ, where can you get the adaptor???

You can't...the only thing that will bolt in place of a 2.5 is another 2.5....with the proper motor mounts and peripherals, a 2.8/3.4 or other "small housing" GM motor can be made to fit....

well he said getting adaptors... i need a 302 adaptor/ cradle to replace a 4.0L ive got a c6 and 205 to go behind it

I don't know how different it would be, but I have seen a cradle type motor mount setup to go into a YJ Wrangler. I don't remember who made it, but that info might help you find what you are looking for.

Try Novak., or even (Lord, I hate the prices they ask for stuff) Advance Adapters, maybe even Rube.
