jute padding

so after is swamped my heep a couple times, the padding under the carpet started to reak of mildew and i ripped it out. then the interior noise got a lot louder so i sound deadend with two layers of the b-quiet stuff and that helped out a lot. but in my quest for a quieter xj, i want to sound deaden more. does anyone know where i can get some thick waterproof foam padding that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? thanks,

Home Depot, its this stuff in the carpet dept. designed as an "anti-fatigue" mat to stand on while working at a bench.

Vey durable in my garage, used it and Dynamat in the xj for sd properties.

Forget cost, sorry, 36" wide on roll.
