SF8953002265 are the only numbers

i bought a 1985 XJ Loredo 4X4 w/ a blown V6 and i am putting in a chevy 350 and i need to find out what trany i have in it so i can get the right bellhousing, i have narrowed it down to an AX5 OR AX15 but no one can tell me for sure and the only # i can find on the whole darn trany is on the top passenger side of the shifter housing on a shinny strip and they are SF8953002265 can any one please help me?????
