with brakes and all, a D30's about 225lbs, 175lbs for a D35, so figure slightly more for the 8.25, maybe 185lbs ???

one person should be able to manuever/drag it, two people can carry it.

i carried my 8.8 up and down my basement stairs fully loaded. scary but it got the job done.

how bout a loaded full width ford 9 and HP d44 with brakes, hubs, shafts, gears and u-joints?
