ideas;rear coil-conversion '?' question.

I need to boost my rear suspension up an inch or 2 bc the rear is setting lower than front. I have a 4.5" rockkrawer coils on front.
Now, this hasn't come to mind until my friend said....I should just put coil springs in the rear, and that he could supply them bc he has a bunch of old racing coils from various cars in his garage. I got friends that could help me do the instal (I think) But is this really a good idea?? How easy/tough would this be??

Try doing a search on a "rear coil conversion" You'll get lots of results since this topic has been brought up a lot. It can be a rather expensive modification if you don't fabricate and install it all yourself, so maybe it won't be so bad for you.
