power mirrors and fog lights and fuses, OH MY!

Hey guys, I'm brand new to the forums here. I've got a mostly stock '98 XJ and need some help.

I've already done a search on this site and found a few good answers, but now i need help on a fuse diagram.

My fog lights used to work 30% of the time, now never. My reverse lights quit working. Now my rear wiper will come on twice when I push in the button, but won't stay on delay. And my power mirrors quit working when I had the dealership fix the fog lights... (yeah, right).

Anyone know where I can get a printable diagram online, or know how much jeep would charge off hand?
