RE Hack n Tap Tap size

[font=&quot]Dose anyone know the Tap size for RE Hack n Tap? I need to Tap a new shaft but I don’t want to have to pull drive line off the old one to find out the size till the new one is ready to go. Thanks in advance.[/font]

I used an 'F' size bit, and a 5/16" bolt for my homemade SYE.

Well, they include a 21/64" drill bit with the kit these days (http://www.yuccaman.com/jeep/sye.html) and the tap ...the tap has mysteriously jumped out of the toolchest.

Mine has the 21/64 bit and a 3/8-24 tap.

thanks Wayne - it looks like there's a quest coming up in my garage to locate the missing tap. I don't have much need to use it again but can't tolerate when things go missing...
