Who had the CA chart?

Someone on here posted a LCA and UCA chart at one time. It had the sugested lengths for UCA's and LCA's for X amount of lift. I have 5.5" in the front and am considering geting some adjustabel ones built by a fellow xj'er that is a machinest. Anyone have this chart? Has anyone done a write up on building your own CA's?
