Light company/guy i can't find it... and i'm ticked

I'm looking for the website with the guy that has a craziness of information on all different types of lights and also sells them. I searched this forum and a few others and can't find anything ---> which makes no sense at all. Man I'm pissed and I shouldn't be... ahhhh. Should be a simple search.

His lights are commonly spoke of when talking about H4s and his should be bought over IPF and what not.
