cover color of FSM??

I'm looking at factory service manuals for 2001 xjs on ebay and most have green covers but one has a blue cover. anybody know if there is a difference in the 2? any updates made to FSMs after the original is produced? the writing on the cover is identical on both

Could be the lighting. I know a friend of mine had a 99 FSM that was Orange. I'd advise contacting the sellers and seeing what the real color is and whether they can provide a good description of the contents page (maybe an ISBN number as well)

My 98 XJ is green and our 97TJ's are red.

I got a 96 FSM for my son for Christmas. I don't remember what color it was, but it wasn't green like my 95. I think it was kind of tan.

For the FSMs that I have for the 1990 model jeeps are a dark redish color.

'course none of this addresses the original question: Both eBay auctions show 2001 XJ FSMs but one of them appears green while the other is blue...are they the same? I notice the greenish one appears to have a second volume with it as well - anyone else catch that?

yeah, i did notice the green one had another book under it but thought the seller may have just been photographing multiple listings and went down thru the stack. I also thought about the lighting b/c the blue one was taken on an angle and the green ones taken from straight above
