AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE AND USE OF POCKET BIKES AND ALL-TERRAIN
VEHICLES.

Your voice is needed NOW! There are two bills, SB 330 and SB 565, in the
Connecticut state legislature that, if passed, will ban ATVs in the entire
state.

ARRA urges you to attend the Transportation Committee hearing at 10 a.m. on
January 31st to represent responsible recreationists who support the safe
use of ATVs. The hearing will be held in the Legislative Office Building,
Room 2B. The signup begins at 10 a.m. in Room 2A.

If you cannot attend the Committee hearing on Monday, please contact your
legislator immediately to express your opposition to banning ATVs in the
state. You can find information on your legislator on the Connecticut
General Assembly website: www.cga.ct.gov.

thank god the government is keeping us safe.....while they are at it....lets ban the use of motorcycles...oh and cars too, since people hurt themselves while driving.....better yet...lets just lock ourselves in our houses and cover our heads with pillows.....its the only way we will stay safe.

Without making too many folks mad, it's stuff like this that makes me happy I live in Tennessee. I don't think anything like this could ever be seriously presented.

Before any of you yell at me, I grew up in upstate New York. It's sad that our elected officials need to do stuff like this to make themselves feel like they're doing their job. Of course, New England has always irked me in cases such as this. All blue = no fun for anyone.
