radiator drain valve location

hello all i have a 3 row modine radiator and was wondering if the drain valve is on the passenger side near the bottom i see a valve but not sure if thats it. i noticed that about 2 years ago when it was replaced by the dealer(big mistake) that after they installed it that it was leaking slowly and i used some threak sealer or some sort of sealer and it hasnt leaked since i am thinking about getting a new drain valve and installing it. is this very hard to do thanks!!

That's where the stock valve is, it should be the same for that radiator.
