white lightnin module

I was just on ebay hunting and i came accross this performance module they say it works in all jeeps as long as it is f/i. the reason i ask is I have never seen one for a jeep older then 91. has anyone heard of these? The item # is 794827154 in the jeep cherokee parts and acc. section. TIA
