Best place to buy CPS / TPS, and some questions

Hi all,

Working on a 99 Cherokee Sport with a 5-speed.

Looking for input on buying a CPS and a TPS. I called my local NAPA and they want $90 for a CPS and have to order it. Is this about the going price for one of these?

They also list a CPS adjustment tool, is this something that is needed?

Also, are there any special tools needed to install the TPS?
