I want to swap out my clutch fan with a junk yard electric fan. For those of you who have done this which fan did you use out of which vehicle?

Thanks

I did the dual electric fan conversion and here's my write-up:

I used a 14" HP electric fan that you can find on e-bay and mounted it to the stock fan shroud. I have it wired up to switch on/off at the same time as the factory auxiliary electric fan.

Not really. I don't exactly have any deep water to wade through where I am so I left my fans to switch on/off automatically. You could wire in a toggle switch and mount it in the cabin to operate the fans manually. That way you'd be able to switch them off when crossing deep water.
