NSS switch in manual

just wondering why the NSS is not shown on thsi diagram

and is it right where I penceled it in.

There is certainly something funny about that diagram, and I wouldn't trust it very far. It looks like a Haynes page. I think the switch is where you penciled it in, but for the automatic you should also either pencil out the ground line that is shown there, or place the switch itself between ground and the terminal on the starter relay. The function of the NSS is to interrupt the ground side of the starter relay. I don't have a factory wiring diagram for the pre-91, so I'm not sure what function the connection to the ECU might have.
