Ellectric door lock motor

Does anyone know if the electric door lock mechanism can be removed by removing the 4 screws? Are they phillips or hex head? I don't want to drill the rivets out! Please help!

Is this the front or rear door? I have read that the rear door lock motor is part of the door lock assembly and whole thing has to be replaced if bad.

They should be held in by the 3 torx bolts on the outside of the door where it hits the latch on the body of the car.
