who is going to the GLJT T4T parade?

Let's keep the official attendance list and parade details in the other thread.

There was talk of a MWC contingent meeting up and heading over to the staging area together...

I'm thinking of attending and would be totally game for this idea.
I think I might be bringing one or 4 of my nephews, they need a lesson in giving this time of year.

So let's figure it out... where and what time?

How about an impromtu holiday party afterwards at a bar or restaurant?
I know GLJT is hosting a party afterwards...
but maybe there is enough interest in having our own smaller gathering as long as a lot of people will be in the area.
Just throwing the idea out there...don't mean to steal anyone's thunder.

We had discussed meeting at the Blue place for breakfeast and then heading to the parade. We are going to the gljt party afterwards. It was a good time last year.

If anybody wants to head over to Household 6 (casa de Gil) after the run and drink (beer, coffee, absinthe, whatever) and pizz in my driveway, you're more than welcome.

I'm actually about a mile from the end of the parade.

Hell... The small Weber spends all winter outside anyway... Just a thought.

The Parade starts at 10:00 AM, we should be there no later than 9:30,

It is between Waveland and Garce on Southport, west side of the street.
3700 North.

I don't remember the exact address.
Someone from the big city will pipe in.

Are they open at 7am? Or any earlier? We'd have to leave for the staging area 'round 9...

If not there's that nasty little diner 1 block west of Ashland on Irving with the Midas (meineke?) parking lot across the street
