Moon/Funny Rocks?

Hey I'm new to the northwest and I've seen some pics of these moon rocks from the NW fest. I'm can't figure out exactly where they are and i really want to check it out. I'm in the walla walla area and anybody who has some directions for where they are and if its open right now, that would be awesome. Thanks for the info.

that area closes on the 15th for snowmobilers. I was there last weekend though pretty fun. from Walla Walla go to Yakima, take HWY410 about 35 miles and start up the hill.
