Are you trying to say that the springs are either too long or too short and you cant get the shackle to bolt up?????????

ya i dont know, i dont know exactly what it's called but i cant get the springs in place to bolt up because i dont have enough slack

Is it possible to use another small jack or a ratchet strap/hand winch to get the slack (open or close the gap) you need?

somehow i just have to figure out how to get the leafs in the shackles because either my frame isnt high enough or my axle isnt low enough, combo of both??? mayyybe
