How do shocks work?
What is the difference between gas charged and hydraulic shocks?
Don't hydraulics damp on both compression and rebound? I had a set of Rusty's hydraulics on my old XJ and they rode pretty rough.
When you are buying shocks, what can you go by to make a decision? When I look at a manufacturers description of the features (14mm rod, gas charged, automatically adjustable valving) they all look somewhat similar.
