TPS on a 89 XJ.

is adjusted how? By the arm or by rotaing the plastic body? Mine's messed up and all I've found is it's adjustable but I'm know sure how to. Also is the arm on the TPS suppost to go above or below the arm on the TB? I can't seem to find a pic of where the position of the arm.
