Speedo Sensor?

I think im getting the shaft on this one. I did a 4 wheel drive conversion and the speedo sensor broke so i had to get another one from the dealership. They charged me $115.00. I think i read on here somewhere that it was like $50 when they told me $115.00 i about $H!t myself :soapbox: Think it was over priced?

if you read somewhere that is was 50 that's not too far off for a dealer price figure 1hr labor and a part prob a little more than 50 at the dealer.

Well all i did was picked it up at the dealer, im putting it on myself

I paid about $60. Try a different dealer.

-edit- Whoops, sorry. I didn't see that you already bought it. Try a different dealer, then take the first one back.

Turns out it was the wrong sensor anyway. Dealerships are dumb@$$e$. Looks like i'll be searching for a dealer that can get me the right parts
