Removing ABS pump

Has anyone removed the ABS pump on a 96 XJ? After all the mods I've done, I've rendered the ABS useless, so I'd like to free up some space in the engine compartment by getting rid of the pump.

I guess the info I need would be how to route the lines from the master cylinder, directly to the proportioning valve. Are the threads/fittings standard or metric? Any info would be appreciated, also let me know if I'm overlooking anything.

Thanks in advance,
Dan

I removed the ABS pump on my 98 recently. Shoot me a PM if you want to try and compare notes.

Hey you should do a write up on it then. I am looking to take mine out as well.
